I don’t normally “do” resolutions, but this time last year I had started on a self imposed “no phone in the bedroom” rule. I wrote about it here.
Well after a pretty good start, it fizzled out. I think I made it about as far as four months. And during those four months I think I slept better. But for whatever reason my phone slowly found its way back into my bedroom.
Disappointed with myself. I’m going to start it again tonight.
Also try to do a bit of exercise. Mind you, I’ve mentioned that one before as well, and I probably didn’t manage four days, let alone four months.
